Wirral Schools' Film Festival June 2015

The Wirral Schools’ Film Festival 2015

On the 30th June Year 11 students Amy Moran and Mia Mann attended the eleventh Wirral Schools’ Film Festival.

Seedlings students Amy Moran, Daniella Slough, Louise Judge and Imogen Forshaw have been working on their film project throughout the school year.  Supported by The Learning Lighthouse they have developed skills in filming and editing, and have made their own short film.

Year 11 student Mia Mann was given the task of writing and performing a song for the film.

During the Festival Amy and Mia got to see the results of their hard work on the Big Screen at the Light Cinema, New Brighton along with the films of students from schools across the Wirral. The film produced by our students was well received by all in attendance.
