KEEPING FIT

Sport helps people benefit from a healthy lifestyle by getting enough exercise. Some people choose not to do exercise but some may become unhealthy after a while so it’s always good to get a bit of exercise. Exercise is one of the most important things in life that you need.

It is always good to get exercise through the week. People do exercise to have a fitter and healthier body.

Our bodies need exercise. If you don’t get enough exercise you will start to become unhealthy so it is always good to get quite a bit of exercise.

A Personal Example

I have committed myself to a healthy lifestyle by going out on jogs about 3 days a week. I also have been playing football very recently in my spare time. I did boxing for 3 days a week for an hour each session which made me really healthy and it also made me think more about my healthy lifestyle.

If I had nothing to do in my spare time I would go out on a bike ride for most of the day and do it again some other time in the week, that way I was still getting out exercising.
