How a social lifestyle can help with a healthy lifestyle.

When you are social with other people it keeps you mentally well and keeps you positive and motivated to complete personal targets and gives you the confidence to work with new people in the future.

Being social can also keep you active. You might just join a sports club because a friend recommended it and even join a club that your friend is in.

Keeping social and active with friends is good for keeping you in a good mood.

Personal account of a healthy lifestyle

My personal account of a healthy lifestyle is when I took the opportunity to go to the Leasowe Sports Centre with the school. There were only three of us that went every Friday evening and it finished at 9:00pm.

I enjoyed going and it was nice to have something to look forward to after a week of school. I enjoyed the physical exercise we did and we used a selection of gym equipment. We were at the gym every week for about an hour. There were nice people at the gym that I socialised with and I got to know them a little.
