What To Avoid

WHAT TO AVOID

When trying to have a healthy life there are a few things that you should avoid like cigarettes and cigars, drinking alcohol, doing drugs and you should always get enough sleep.

Alcohol is apparently a very difficult thing to avoid and even kids my age are drinking it but I think this link can help.

A Personal Example

Clearly I haven’t started smoking, drinking or used drugs so my personal account is of a family member who smokes and drinks which I have been trying to stop (unsuccessfully). She is also trying to stop smoking in different ways, from getting anti-smoking kits to patches to electronic cigarettes but after about a month of not smoking she starts again. Right now she’s trying a new electronic cigarette that you can get in different flavours and it seems to be working so far.
