Our Year 9 students recently took part in the LFC Foundation Year of Reading Acrostic Poem Competition, creating thoughtful and imaginative poems all about the power of reading 📖

We are delighted to share that one of our students has been selected as a winner and will now go through to the finals 👏🌟

The poem beautifully captures how reading can inspire imagination, offer escape, and open doors to new worlds.

A huge well done to all of the students who took part — and especially to our finalist! We are very proud 😊✨
