Flags in Antarctica
We have some exciting news to share!

Our Key Stage 3 students took on the challenge of designing flags to represent our school in the frozen south. Out of lots of excellent entries, two designs were chosen to make the incredible journey to Antarctica!
We are thrilled to announce that our flags have officially arrived at the Rothera Research Station!
The flags were carried by Glaciologist Jonathan Hawkins, who took them to Reptile Ridge, high above the station, for their big moment. In the photos, you can see the research station itself nestled in the background of the Antarctic landscape.
A huge well done to our talented designers for making their mark on the bottom of the world!
