ICT

ICT is delivered to KS3 students with the intent of providing digital literacy skills needed for KS4 and life beyond.

Students have one lesson per week covering a range of subjects and key skills, including:

Email, The Internet and File Handling
Application of Cloud Computing
Presentations using both Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Introduction to Computer Science Theory

(Operating Systems, Binary numbers, Hardware & Software)
E-Safety, Security & Cyberbullying
Computing Research Project (Trends in Computing & History of Computing)
Visual Representations and GIF animations
Understanding and applying Spreadsheets
Introduction to Programming(Scratch, HTML/CSS Coding)
